What is your Return Policy?
Rain International (RAIN) offers a 30-day 100% full refund guarantee to all RAIN Customers, minus the cost of shipping.
How do I return an item?
Return or exchange any RAIN item in just three simple steps:
- Package up your return – be sure a copy of your invoice is in the box.
- Call 855-724-6606 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- You must ship your return to us within 30-days of the date you received your order.
Please do not combine more than one order per package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RAIN will process your refund within 1-week of receiving your return. Be sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.
